Rebuilding the payments backbone as a 7-module system around a bank-grade double-entry ledger. Multi-currency, multi-asset, use-case agnostic. In production: live writes flow through the new ledger; the legacy path stays as a reconciliation reference until the cutover completes. Reconciliation and drift detection ship as first-class subsystems.

A protocol for proving a person is human without handing personal data to any platform. Ed25519 certificates issued after one verification (gov document + iBeta PAD Level 2 liveness + human verifier). HMAC-derived per-platform subject IDs so platforms cannot correlate the same user. Signed JWS attestations, append-only registry of providers, OAuth + signup-code exchange. protocol.humanidentity.io.
