/001 Double-entry ledger + payments backbone Rebuilding the payments backbone as a 7-module system around a bank-grade double-entry ledger. Multi-currency, multi-asset, use-case agnostic. /008 Crew AI agent orchestration platform. Each user gets a dedicated agent that manages their business, work, and life through Slack, Telegram, WhatsApp, and web chat. The product I would build for myself first. Nellcorp 2026 ↗/009 Human Identity Protocol (HIP) A protocol for proving a person is human without handing personal data to any platform. One verification (government document + iBeta PAD Level 2 active liveness + human verifier with physical-world challenges) issues an Ed25519 certificate. Per-platform subject IDs are HMAC-derived from a master secret so platforms cannot correlate the same user. Signed JWS attestations, append-only registry of providers, OAuth + signup-code exchange flows, three key-storage tiers (server-side default, device + encrypted backup, user-managed seed phrase).
